Bardstown Bourbon Company Discovery Series #12 is the twelfth installment in Bardstown's acclaimed blending showcase — released September 2024 and bottled at 115.2 proof (57.6% ABV). This all-Kentucky release is a testament to the art of blending, weaving together four straight bourbon whiskies with different mash bills and ages ranging from 6 to 14 years, including a 6-year four-grain bourbon distilled at Bardstown itself.

Nearly half the blend is a well-aged 14-year-old Kentucky bourbon, providing the backbone of depth and maturity. The result is a rich, fruit-forward, complex whiskey with Bardstown's signature transparency — every component fully disclosed.

Tasting Notes

• Nose: Baked cherry, toasted oak, vanilla cream, hazelnut, apricot, peach, brown sugar
• Palate: Sweet aged oak, rich vanilla, coconut, caramel, red fruit, toasted hazelnut, light maple syrup
