Grant is a veteran in building brands in the wine and spirits industry for the global market, having worked at Beam Suntory, Bacardi, and Moet-Hennessy, among others. Bikoku Japanese Malt Whisky is crafted at the Nirasaki Distillery in the Yamanashi Prefecture of Japan. "Bikoku" translates to "black luxury" and this expression is a celebration of extravagance, exclusivity, and perfection. The whisky is aged in white oak and bottled at 80 proof.
