Pasote Blanco tequila rewards agave lovers with the ripe essence of the plant itself, roasted to perfection to bring out its herbaceous depths. A deeper sniff reveals fragrant undertones of fresh herbs and citrus fruits. 

Utterly clean and clear, with an exquisitely bright mouthfeel.  Savory notes of intense agave balanced with flavors of pineapple on the mid-palate.  

Aroma: Heavy notes of Cooked Agave, Minerals, and Black Pepper, with light hints of grass, raw agave, and citrus. Earthy and herbal.

Taste: Cooked Agave, Black pepper, minerals, earthy.

Cooking: Stone/Brick Ovens.

Fermentation: Stainless steel tanks, 100% agave, Fermentation without fibers.
