Distilled using live yeast — a wild-fermentation technique rooted in ancient Hispanic-Peruvian methods — then twice distilled in traditional copper alambique stills. Crafted by Master Distiller Sergio Cruz with Adam Fodor, founder of the International Tequila Academy.

Tasting Notes

• Aroma: Minerality, celery, cooked agave, citrus peel
• Palate: Bright tropical fruit and citrus, cooked agave, sweet-and-sour candy, fresh green pepper, brine and butter
• Finish: A clean, sizzling finish — like a sip of ice-cold water
